This Company approached our team to take over a partially completed Microtel Inn and Suites in Simpsonville, South Carolina. I was the Project Manager/General Contractor on this project and worked closely with Mr. Benny Stevens, head of construction for USFS, and completed the project in the quality the Franchise required. I went on to build Microtel's in, Dallas, Haltom City, San Antonio, Nassau Bay, and Albuquerque.
GATTILAND/GATTITOWN
I was the General Contractor/Project Manager for numerous Gattiland/Gattitown renovations and or new locations. Typically Gattitown/Gattiland would take a previously occupied space from a grocery store and add additional square footage normally 10-15k. Locations I have built are in Louisville, Ky, Knoxville, TN, Spartanburg, SC, Kerrville, TX, San Marcos, TX. These restaurants had strict design standards and I personally worked directly with the CEO in design elements and specifications.
