DEATON HILL CONDOMINIUMS
While working on this project, we were very poignant about the materials and footprint of our work. We worked together with the Owner in order to manage their expectations and deliver the kind of results they desired. At DBCS LLC, our goal is to bring our client’s vision to life while working with them every step of the way.
HOLIDAY INN
This project involved a lot of compliance measures to make sure we met or exceeded the Franchise standards adequately. SITE WORK
While working on this project, we were involved in the design of the Site Work and Infrastructure. We worked together with Doucet and Associates and the Owner in order to insure all of the drainage, water, and waste water requirements were met. Of course the City of Austin codes were met. This work included installation of a 520' 12" bypass water main installed parallel to a 24" and install water taps for the new hotel and future projects. Environmental requirements were strictly adhered to on this project due to the sewer tie-in located in a creek. At DBCS we are encouraged by a challenge such as these we faced while staying on the Owner's schedule.
STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS
This project involved a lot of compliance measures to make sure we followed the Structural Engineer's plan exactly. Successfully completed with-in the specifications as provided and time-frame, it’s a great example of delivering on our promise of quality work while ensuring absolute client satisfaction.
